Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email from Kenari.pk or see a confirmation message after checkout along with a system-generated order number.

This confirmation indicates that your order request has been received and is being processed.

Order Cancellation

Kenari.pk reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product being out of stock at the time of processing
  • Technical errors during order placement
  • Suspicious or negative order history
  • Product found defective during quality control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Pricing errors on the website
  • Payment declined by the issuing bank or payment provider

Customers may cancel their order any time before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery Delays

Kenari.pk always aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible according to our standard delivery schedule.

However, Kenari.pk will not be held responsible for delays in pickup, transportation, or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

These circumstances may include but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Technical or operational issues
  • Other force majeure events

For the purpose of these terms, Force Majeure refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of Kenari.pk that makes it impossible to fulfill obligations under these terms.

Kenari.pk will not be liable for delays, loss, damage, mis-delivery, or cancellation of orders due to such circumstances.

Order Placement

Customers can place orders through the payment methods available on the Kenari.pk website or via bank transfer.

Kenari.pk does not guarantee product availability at all times. While we make every effort to fulfill your order, if a product becomes out of stock, customers may be offered an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range.

If we do not receive confirmation from the customer regarding the replacement option, the order may be canceled without prior notice.

Payment Terms

  • International Orders:
    International orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • Orders within Pakistan:
    Customers can place orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) 
  • Orders above PKR 60,000:
    Advance payment may be required.
  • Custom or stitching orders:
    100% advance payment is required.

Delivery Time

5 – 7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service availability, and external factors.
