ORDERING & TRACKING

Customers can make payments through the payment methods available on the Kenari.pk website or via bank transfer.

Kenari.pk does not guarantee the availability of all products at the time an order is placed. While we make every effort to process and fulfill orders, if any product becomes out of stock, the customer may be offered an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range.

Kenari.pk will not be responsible for any delivery delays caused due to out-of-stock items.

If we do not receive confirmation from the customer regarding the replacement option, the order may be canceled without prior notification.

International Orders

All international orders are processed only after full payment is received from the customer.

Orders within Pakistan

Customers within Pakistan can place orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) 

For orders above PKR 20,000, customers may be required o make an advance payment.
